Mock Trial

so here at college i am involved in almost NOTHING the only thing that i do, besides go to class((when i wake up in time...haha)) and be social, is mock trial. mock trial is the COOLEST club...its where every mock trial team in the nation gets the same case and we get together pick who, from the affidavits we're given, we want to call to the stand. we then pick three people from our team to play those witnesses and three people to be the lawyer who direct or cross examins that person. we had our second tournement this weekend which only sucked because that ment i had to miss my little siters birthday :( :( you only turn eleven once and i couldnt be there for it...ne ways other then that the tournement was alot of fun...one of the judges even told me that i had played my witness part in a way that was the best she'd seen so far!!! that was excting...so i only play a role on prosecution then on defense i am the time keeper yay for me!! i have also taken on the role of "team mom" i keep our binder nice and neat and i make sure that all the attorneys have matching pens...(some judges give extra points to teams with matching pens) i also just do stupid little things that might be considered obsesive compulsive like making sure that they dont have a ton of lint on their black suits..i have to sit behind them and it annoys me so i just brush it off......ne ways yea so mock trial...our team did pretty good at this tournemet we have a record of 4-4 which means that we broke even but thats ok...
